Private Glows Returns Policy

Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items:

  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Purchases made with Afterpay are eligible for return for store credit only, not for a refund.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  • For products other than earrings, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange goods of equal value,except for the following conditions;
  • Natural materials (such as pearls, stones, crystals) may have natural textures, color variations, etc., which are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Products with gold or silver plating must be used according to care instructions; damage from improper use (scratches, worn-off plating) is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Procedure:

  • To initiate a return, email info@privateglows.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your invoice number and reason for return. Items must be returned with seals intact and undamaged.
  • Returned products must include all packaging and tags and be in their original condition. Items that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return packages must include the packing slip. Returns without a packing slip may not be accepted.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging provided, including any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewelry boxes, and other

    included items.

  • Items should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Damaged, soiled, or unlabeled returns may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
  • Products with paper seals can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition with all seals, packaging, and plastic wrapping intact.

Refunds and Fees:

  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded for return orders; only the cost of the returned items will be refunded.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages. Please use a tracking number or secure postage method.

Additional Information:

  • Any purchase made with Afterpay is non-refundable; instead, you will receive a credit note for the value of your order.
  • Returns or exchanges are only offered for goods purchased directly from the Private Glows website.
